Greater London Industrial (GLi) is a provider of next generation logistics warehouses in London. We pride ourselves on delivering sustainable and highly efficient developments.

We want to regenerate the industrial site off Anchor and Hope Lane, creating a new industrial unit including office​ accommodation.

We plan to reflect Charlton’s rich industrial heritage as part of this development, while also using a contemporary design which creates a precedent for quality development in the wider Charlton Riverside area.

London needs more high-quality logistics and industrial space to serve its population, and we want to provide this in a location with connectivity across the capital.
